  • Sunday, June 14: Developing Your Sense of Self-Healing with Katie Raver and Kevin Bown. In this Attention Experiment, we will learn about and experience the 5 Chumash Senses, and then spend some extra time exploring one of those senses in particular: the sense of "self healing."

  • Saturday, June 13: 3 Attention Experiments for Coping Under Stress & Change with Katie Raver. What can you do with your attention to build your resilience, nimbly integrate new learnings and information, preserve your personal energy, and even thrive in a quickly changing world? We will learn about and practice 3 approaches for coping and thriving. 

  • Friday, June 12: Ways to Change Anxious Thinking with Jaime Nichols. ​Anxiety is *not* an emotion. This Attention Experiment explores our thoughts when we’re experiencing anxiety and provides simple and effective solutions for managing and changing the quality of our thinking.

  • Wednesday, June 10: Holding Sacred Space for Others with Ric Tinney. ​This Attention Experiment provides an opportunity to explore how we can hold sacred space and honor others. We will also look at how making this sacred space for others fits into our life’s purpose.

  • Tuesday, June 9: Leaning into Compassion When Life Gets Hard with Rosa Harper. This​ Attention Experiment will guide you to a place of deep compassion and invite you to extend this feeling of compassion into the places in your life, and in the world around you, where it is needed the most.

  • Monday, June 8: Your Brain on Animals with Elota Patton. What happens when you pet a cat, or play with a dog, or listen to a mockingbird sing? How does your internal experience shift? 

  • Friday, May 1: Attention Experiments for Change with Katie Raver. What can you do with your attention to work with changes that are outside your control?

  •  Thursday, April 30: What questions lead to effective action now? With Thomas Najar. Learn about and practice a method for moving to action quickly by asking yourself helpful questions.

  •  Wednesday, April 29: Moving from Thinking to Presence with CC Mullen. How to generate insights. Learn and practice a method for generating new ways of being that support you moving from overwhelm and over-thinking to a state of wholeness and knowing what to do next.

  • Tuesday, April 28: Panel Discussion: Parenting in Isolation; Moderated by Alex Porter. What ideas can you take from others when it comes to parenting in isolation?

  •  Monday, April 27: Working with Obstacles When Trying to Stay Positive with Elota Patton. Based on the Wish-Outcome-Obstacle-Plan format. You will choose a real life, current obstacle to work with in a new way during class.

  • Friday, April 24: Is drinking the best or worst thing we could be doing now? With Camille Kinzler. Take yourself through the research and some self discovery questions for becoming more conscious of your coping mechanisms.

  •  Thursday, April 23: Values, Focus, and Flow with Susan Yenzer. Discover your most important values and how they can help you now with focus and flow.

  •  Wednesday, April 22: Panel Discussion - Work From Home Transition; Moderated by Wilson Smith. How can you learn from others in all industries who have recently transitioned to work from home?

  • Tuesday, April 21: Your Cocoon of Calm with Chris Harders. Learn and practice a method for creating and visiting a calm place of peace and serenity when life seems overwhelming.

  •  Monday, April 20: Daily Check In Process for Couples in Self Isolation with Barb & Mel Creason. Learn and practice a simple check in process you can use as a couple to stay aligned with each other even in stressful circumstances.

  •  Friday, April 17: Hands-on Approaches for Moving Through Anxiety with Jaime Nichols. Also known as "resourcery" learn a simple exercise you can use when you wish.

  • Thursday, April 16: Reworking Friendships in This Time with Doug Harrison. How can you Frame Your Friendships for connection and fun, with shelter-in-place?

  •  Wednesday, April 15: The Power of Silence with Mary Ann Reynolds. How can a few minutes of silence help you have a greater sense of resilience? Learn the research, and practice.

  •  Tuesday, April 14: Collapsing into Joy, with Mike Bown. Instead of collapsing into a tough state, learn and practice how to collapse into joy.

  • Monday, April 13: Reduce Screen Fatigue with Katie Raver. Reduce screen fatigue without giving up productivity or your sense of personal connection.
